Alicia Jo Rabins’ Six Points Project, A Kaddish for Bernie Madoff, will premier at Joe’s Pub this November! For two nights only, this one-woman show will trace a year of obsession with Bernie Madoff to investigate the intersection of mysticism and finance, the inevitability of cycles, and the true meaning of wealth. Performed with violin and voice through a range of looping pedals and processors, and backed up by a live band, this is one show you won’t want to miss!

Two Fellows Join Forces in DUMBO

Girls in Trouble in Barrington

The Jewish Federation of the Berkshires presents Alicia Jo Rabins and “Girls in Trouble” on Saturday, October 27 at Hevreh of Southern Berkshire. A 6:45 Torah Study will be followed by a 7:15 Havdalah, and the concert at 7:30.

With Girls in Trouble, Alicia mines dark stories of Biblical women, exploring the hidden places where their complicated lives overlap with her own.

Poetry in Seattle

Part of the Long Talking Bad Conditions Blues reading series, Alicia will be reading alongside Bill Carty, Peter Mountford, Michael Shilling, and Ross White. The evening starts at 6pm, with a full bar and no cover charge.
